Royale Documentation

Mandeep Sarma
Hi can anyone tell me where I can find any API documentation. I have googled it and I have followed some links but most links seems to be placeholders.

Thank you,
Mandeep

Re: Royale Documentation

If I understand it correctly there is something like this but it is currently
broken, maybe Piotr or Alex could help with this?

Exactly it's currently broken, that is why I'm so silent. :) Maybe once other build will be online again it will work. Link to the application you can find here [1]. In the mean time if you wanted to explore more Royale go and try out our examples [2]

Thanks, Piotr

RE: Royale Documentation

Carlos Cruz

It’s things like this that might discourage potentials users (btw including me). If it’s because of bandwidth and you need somewhere to host any documentation I have some older systems (dell 1950 / hp g5) on vSphere on line not doing anything I can set up a VM for your use as long as concurrent users aren’t crazy numbers. If this helps let me know.

Re: Royale Documentation

Piotr Zarzycki
Mandeep,

You can use in the meantime alternative address to the documentation. [1] It will be soon switched OFF, but hopefully we will have resolution to the new one.

Alex,

It looks like there should be made some changes related to Jenkins to fix that problem [2].

Thanks, Piotr

Re: Royale Documentation

Piotr,

I have no idea what you are referring to.  The Royale CI is not building the JSON files, and I don't see how your link could be related.

I think it's all about manpower ;-)
Please keep in mind that Flex and Royale are mostly community driven by
volunteers.

If you'd like to help out I'd like to encourage you to follow the dev list
to get an idea of what's going on [1].

Keep in mind that this this is a Royale app which works but needs some more
love.
Especially if you swich between classes you might feel lost sometimes
because there's no busy/loading indicator implemented that indicates that
the content is still loading...

I haven't got that far yet.  Still trying to get the JSON files to show
up.  Piotr, you should be able to use login to Jenkins and make the
changes.

Olaf;

I wasn't complaining, I was stating a fact based on my own personal search and asking if the issue was hosting, if it was I was offering a free option.
