How to implement filter function in Arraylist? since ArrayCollection not yet
supported in royale.

Best Regards,
Choirul

Hi Choirul,

Greg Dove recently pushed ArrayListView that provides filtering and sorting in the same way as ListCollectionView does for ArrayCollection.
Just notice that AC extends LCV, while AL is not extending ALV, but use is very similar since you have filterFunction and sort.

You can see a working example in Tour De Jewel, is the last option in the left menu

A part from that AC and LCV are already supported in Flex. I think what you said is that UI Sets like Jewel use AL instead of AC, while emulation components are already using AC/LCV classes.

The emulation components have mx.collections.ArrayCollection and if filter isn’t working, it is just matter of getting it to work.
